Hotel a Long Island

“Room felt musty and humid even when bathroom vent was on. There were insects in the bedroom (flies and moths). Breakfast was terrible. There are somethings you shouldn't eat even when its free.”

“Very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were helpful. Room was quite spacious. For a quick 1 night stay passing through town it was great”

“Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. ”

“Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Albergo carino e molto comodo. Posizionato bene per andare a Freeport e spostarsi a nord come tappa intermedia. Pulito e senza problemi. ”

“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”

“We had a 2 bed room (I thought queen but seemed more like double). It was shockingly small- to the point that even though there was a luggage rack, there was not one spot in the room where I could set it up and leave my suitcase. I tried to put my daughter's suitcase (closed, standing up) between the bed and the wall on her side and it didn't fit. I couldn't turn around without knocking things over. We had no curtains! There were tracks and pull rods but nothing attached. We had to use the...

“Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.”
